High process reliability can only be ensured with a high quality level. Other than burst pressure tests and material analyses under the scanning electron microscope each body undergoes a full leak test. For traceability reasons we produce initial sample test reports according to VDA and certificates according to DIN EN 10204.

Level measurement technology
The functionality is based on the Archimedean principle and is therefore without current.
A float with an integrated magnet moves with the filling level of the medium along a sliding-tube in which one or more reed contacts are firmly cast in position. The variation of the filling level causes the float with the magnets to undergo a buoyancy/downthrust. If the level is consistent with the position of the reed contacts then the reed contact is either opened or closed depending on the application. As a result, level monitoring is guaranteed.
A float is a hollow body that swims on top of the medium because of its density. The density – the relationship of the mass to the volume – can be adjusted with the help of the wall thickness and the diameter depending on the pressure load that is required of the respective medium. For aggressive media a version out of titanium or NiMo alloy can be selected instead of the standard stainless steel version. The surface is available in blank, pickled, or passivated form. Hygienic applications can use the electrolytically-polished surface. Depending on the type of float switch we offer different mounting methods at the float.
Condensation drain technology
Condensation drains have the purpose of discharging incidental liquids or condensation from compressed air, gas, and steam systems and then to close it off to the gaseous medium. This occurs over the float controls that are installed in the cases. These control systems are controls that automatically open and close a valve passage without control from the outside. For float controls this occurs purely mechanically over the buoyancy of the float.
